A new era in the storied history of Eagle Transportation and Redwood Empire Wine Storage began in 2015 when the Galeazzi family sold the business to 3 long tenured and valued employees. Mike Brady, Jeannette Moneymaker, and Heidi Pabros. Kim Brady, wife of Mike and experienced vintner in her own right, completes the team.
Jeannette Moneymaker
Born and raised in California, Jeannette has been around trucks her entire life. Both her father and grandfather were retired truck drivers. From the time she was a little girl she was around the trucking industry, so when she went to work for Eagle in 1992 it seemed to be a perfect fit. Jeannette has worn many hats from Dispatch, Customer Service, AP/AR and Payroll. Jeannette will exhaust all efforts to assure that all of Eagle’s customers are happy and satisfied. Jeannette’s passions are her two children and grandchildren.
Mike started his trucking career at the early age of 15, and was soon transporting horses all over the US for 20 years. He moved on to transporting various products locally for a few years until he came to Eagle Transportation in 1990 as a driver. He drove until 1997 when he moved into the position of Bulk Wine Dispatcher/Operations Manager. He has stayed in that role after the purchase Eagle Transportation came along in 2015. It’s been a perfect fit since he started working here. When he is not working, he is either fishing or spending time with his adorable grandchildren.
Mike Brady
Kim has worked in the wine industry for over 22 years. She got started by coordinating the planting of a small Pinot Noir vineyard on her family’s property. She moved on to become the Maintenance Operations Planner at a well-known winery for over 10 years, before partnering with Mike and Jeannette on the purchase of Eagle Transportation. She manages AP and HR.
Kim likes to spend as much time as she can with her lovable grandchildren.

Heidi Pabros
Heidi is a native to Santa Rosa. She has raised her kids here as well and enjoys watching them thrive in their sporting activities and now developing careers of their own. Heidi has 30 years’ experience working in an office environment, handling accounting, payroll, insurance, HR, etc. When the opportunity came to take over ownership of Redwood Empire Wine Storage, it was an adventure that couldn’t be turned down.
Chris Bass
Chris came from the Bay Area to Sonoma County 28 years ago. He had two of his own trucks that he ran for a few years before he came to Eagle in May of 1993. He was hired as a commercial driver and stayed in that position until 2010 when he was given the opportunity to become the full time mechanic, where his primary focus is to keep all our equipment in the best condition and on the road. We are very happy to have him in our working family. His favorite pastimes are working on Hot Rods, photography and diving. He also fails to mention he is a very talented custom car painter.
